Ticket Oosumo English shall operate 24 hours a day, excluding provisions for interruptions of service due to system maintenance (which include data update operations performed before dawn). The start of the ticket sales period shall be displayed on the ticket reservation page.

Delivery Option
Will Call at automatic ticket machines
You may pick up your tickets at automatic ticket machines on the day of your visit. When you pick up your tickets,,it is necessary a 9 digit ticket number in the order confirmation e-mail.
Refunds
Only in the event of temporary closure or cancellation of matches due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) or other unavoidable reasons shall refunds on tickets sold be made, and even then only within prescribed periods. Refunds shall be limited to the amount of the ticket cost, the system usage fee,. Information on refunds and details of the procedures therefore shall be notified on this website.
